I had an evening shift at work so I ate dinner before. I made a massive egg scramble and roasted veggies. My afternoon snack was a piece of toast with PB so I opted out of bread in this meal. Je to zázrak.

I also baked some pumpkin protein bars that were inspired by Jamie Eason’s recipe. I don’t think I’ve ever followed a recipe now that I think about it…
Ben actually liked them! (In hindsight I’m not too happy about this because I wanted them all for myself.)
When I got home from work I had some yogurt and cereal. We have ice cream in the freezer and I had this –> today is full of miracles!
Then, I stayed up too late watching the real Housewives of Beverly Hills Reunion. I can’t get enough of that train wreck. and why is everyone so freakin’ mean to each other?!
This morning I caught up on emails while nursing my drink…
And 5.75 miles later I had more eggs.
I’m sure I’ll turn into an egg soon. I just hope it’s a Cadbury Crème egg
